DISC’s 4th Annual Diversity & Inclusion Symposium and EMSDC’s annual Procurement Conference and Trade Show.
Minneapolis, September 1, 2015—DIR’s Board Chair, Corey Smith, Major League Baseball’s Senior Director of Supplier Diversity and Strategic Sourcing, is presenting a “Boot Camp” during the Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council’s (EMSDC) annual Procurement Conference and Trade Show. The “Boot Camp” invites supplier diversity and procurement professionals to “Get Your Supplier Diversity Program in Shape!” This 2-hour corporate training is included in the conference admission and will cover Steps to Achieving a Successful Process, Developing and Marketing an Effective Supplier Diversity Plan, Engaging and Enrolling Leadership, Building a Supportive Internal Team and will provide An Overview of Tracking and Reporting Spend.
